Region Legend

Europe Region:

All European countries including West European countries, Turkey and Cyprus.

Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Region:

Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine.

Central Africa Region:

All African countries including Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and South Africa.

Middle East:

Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.

North America Region:

Canada, USA, and Central America including Cuba, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

South America Region:

All South America Countries.

Asia Continental Region:

Iran, Afganistan, China, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal.

Asia-Pacific Region:

All South Asia countries and Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Australia, New Zealand.

Rights, responsibilities and duties of the regionals

Each Regional Representative of INCS represents the Presidential Office of INCS in their regions. In this context, principally

1. They may contact directly with related colleagues in each country which takes place in their regions,
2. They may nominate the Country Representatives,
3. They are invited to establish close contact with the related colleagues in each country directly or via nominated Country Representatives,
4. They are responsible to encourage the related colleagues to become active Individual members of INCS and to pay their registration fees,
5. They are also responsible to encourage the related Institutions and Commercial Companies to become active Institutional and Industrial members of INCS and to pay their corresponding registration fees,
6. They may propose their plans for organizing some regional meetings, workshops, summer schools, etc. in their regions, to the Presidential Office and they may apply these plans following their approvals by the Presidential Office,
7. They may always propose any comments and suggestions for improving the representation of INCS in their regions to the Presidential Office,
8. The membership fees of Individuals, Institutions, and Industrial Companies should be directly sent to the Presidential Office, but the Presidential Office will pay 25 % of each registration fee which will be received from a related country in their regions, to the related Regional Representative for covering the basic expanses of the related regional activities. For this, each Regional Representative is recommended to open a bank account in their homes,
9. They are responsible to present a short report which summarizes their activities in past 3 three years during the next General Assembly of INCS,
10. They will establish close contact with to the related individuals and institutions in their regions to encourage them for submitting their original papers for publication in the INCS News.
11. They are invited to prepare a proposal for a country in their regions for hosting the next Congress and present it during the next General Assembly of INCS for voting by delegates.
